Hi Mr. Nanev, I apologize if that was not correct. However, Daily Mail reported that it is legal in Bulgaria and that it can be bought at throw away..

Probably it was reported wrong... Could you please give a link where we can find more information about this device? However the issue here is that it has entered UK and lately crime rates in UK has gone up. And that is cause for concern
