Hmm the only two negative things about this is the cost of putting in the unit and then running it. When you run your air condition at home, you realise how much electricity it uses. However the idea is very innovative. Hopefully they do figure out a way to use knowledge to reduce the initial costs and power consumption. Currently I leave my system open with a big fan to blow the a/c in and it goes to down to a decent 23 degrees celcius.
