She could not have asked for anything better. Depp has an ideal lifestyle as is regarded by many as the smartest individual in Hollywood on all counts. He has himself battled many wrongdoings to become what he is today. Lindsay should acknowledge this offer with pride as it could prove vital for redeeming herself as an individual first and an actor later.
