I have a fetish for cruisers, but this one looks a tad disappointing with its design. The tank looks too small as compared to the rear of the bike and if I were to view it from the headlamp to the tail, it would certainly look ungainly. Nevertheless, the V looks powerful and I hope it lives up to its name.

Well Jaiyant, you haven’t left any pricing details for Oscar. By the way Oscar, you still believe in Santa Claus? Do let me know if you come across one. The Harley V-rod is in my wishlist :)

Actually I’m more into crotch rockets..I would prefer the new Hyabusa...My wife and I met with motorcycles, I think that was the original attraction she had for me as she ws raised with bikes :) She says we’re older now, with kids, we should be thinking more of slow riding and choppers :) but I guess beggers can’t be choosers.

Ha ha. However, I feel a biker will always be a biker, even when he is 70. Since you’re telling me a chopper is the way to go, I say YES, please do it :) You may struggle with the wheelies and stoppies (no reason why you should do them now coz you have already managed to impress your wife :), but these bikes are not cow carts for slow riding :).

hell, she impressed me with her wheelies, she would love nothing better than a harley fatboy, although she still gets goosebumps when she hears a crotch rocket coming up on the highway..

Gawd, you’re a lucky bloke. A biker girl for a wife, you’re seriously lucky. Don’t tell me she did a wheelie on a Fatboy.

No, I had a Ninja 1000r, back in ’86..Incredible to see a 5’6 105 lb, blond hair green eyed gal, take a beast like that at hand..She actually loves dirt bikes too..Likes to hit the mountains and the trails.

Pretty much around the same time when I was born :) I hope you guys still retain the love for bikes.
**and the biking fanatic smiles in silent pleasure** awesome bike...the design is indeed a tad bit disappointing as mentioned by Alpheus, but hell it makes up for it.
Really this is amazing model for me because i always fond of heavy bikes. And i think its better than Harley-Davidson.
i wish i had that....its simply awesome....the tires on that baby...the finish....the angles...pure bikers heaven..
