Boozing amongst young kids is a rising trend all over the world. There was a survey recently in India where the lowest drinking age among young people was found to be as low as 14 in the cities. This is a cultural change that we are witnessing these days.

Grave problem. these kids think it is pretty cool to be intoxicated this way when adults are not around to poke their noses in their affairs. I would hold the adults responsible for them accountable for allowing kids to get away lightly after drinking.
